The system has been specifically developed to achieve acoustic insulation levels required by building standards in public spaces with high noise exposure, including concert halls, cinemas, nightclubs, recording studios, and similar environments.
Its effective operating range begins at 80 Hz, making it particularly effective at reducing low-frequency noise.
ZIPS-4 Sound Insulation System
ZIPS-4 is a sound insulation system with integrated surface leveling, specifically designed for new construction and renovation projects.
It is intended to significantly improve the sound insulation of single-layer structures, including gypsum walls, brick walls, concrete walls, partition walls, and reinforced concrete ceilings.
A key advantage of the system is its ability to compensate for construction tolerances and surface irregularities of up to 50 mm, providing both excellent acoustic performance and a perfectly level installation surface.
The system is effective at frequencies starting from 100 Hz.

ZIPS-SLIM Sound Insulation System
Ultra-Thin Frameless Sound Insulation for Aerated Concrete Walls
ZIPS-SLIM is the thinnest sound insulation system in the ZIPS product range, specifically developed for interior walls made of aerated concrete (AAC), cellular concrete blocks, or tongue-and-groove partition blocks. It is particularly well suited for residential spaces where every centimeter of usable floor area matters.
With a total system thickness of just 37.5 mm, ZIPS-SLIM significantly improves the airborne sound insulation of, for example, 200 mm thick AAC apartment walls, while complying with all relevant building standards.
The system provides reliable protection against common household noise in multi-family buildings, including conversations, babies crying, dog barking, household appliances, and television noise.
⚠️ Not suitable for suspended or intermediate ceiling applications.

ZIPS-STS Sound Insulation System
ZIPS-STS is a compact sound insulation system designed for the retrofit improvement of acoustic performance in particularly thin partition walls made of tongue-and-groove blocks or aerated concrete, with a wall thickness of up to 100 mm.
The panels are installed directly onto the wall surface without a frame and without joints, using multipurpose threaded screws or RawlPlug anchor bolts on both sides of the wall.
The system provides a space-saving yet highly effective solution for reducing airborne sound transmission in lightweight interior wall constructions.
ZIPS-dB Acoustic Panel
ZIPS-dB is a three-layer acoustic panel developed for use in timber frame constructions, sound-insulated wall cladding systems, and suspended ceilings.
Thanks to the permanently elastic connection between the outer gypsum fiber boards, ZIPS-dB achieves significantly higher sound insulation performance within the relevant frequency range compared to conventional gypsum fiber boards of the same density.
This effect is achieved by shifting the critical frequency to higher ranges, preventing the phenomenon of wave coincidence from negatively affecting the panel's acoustic insulation performance.
ULTRAKUSTIK-GW NEO Acoustic Panel
ULTRAKUSTIK-GW NEO is a modern mineral fiber panel of the latest generation, manufactured using ultra-thin, extra-long glass fibers. This innovative fiber structure provides excellent acoustic performance while maintaining high mechanical durability throughout the product's service life.
The panels are used as a sound-absorbing core layer in various acoustic insulation systems, including frame constructions, wall cladding systems, and sound-absorbing surface applications. Their advanced composition makes them an effective solution wherever enhanced acoustic comfort and reliable long-term performance are required.
ULTRAKUSTIK-GW ECO Acoustic Roll
ULTRAKUSTIK-GW ECO is a modern, environmentally friendly sound-absorbing material developed for installation in walls and ceilings in both new construction and renovation projects.
The system combines a non-combustible, elastic acoustic insulation core based on glass fibers with a specially designed fleece encapsulation, which effectively prevents the release of particles into the surrounding environment. This ensures excellent acoustic performance while maintaining a clean and safe installation.

Accessories
ULTRAKUSTIK-TAPE M100 / M150
ULTRAKUSTIK-TAPE M100 / M150 is a multi-layer fiberglass tape designed for vibration isolation and acoustic decoupling between structural elements such as walls, ceilings, and floors.
Thanks to its porous and elastic structure, it provides long-lasting mechanical decoupling and maintains stable acoustic performance throughout its service life, even under both static and dynamic loads.
It is the ideal complement to acoustically optimized floor, wall, and ceiling constructions, helping to minimize sound transmission and vibration transfer between building components.
ULTRAKUSTIK-VS Acoustic Sealant
ULTRAKUSTIK-VS is a neutral-curing, vibration-damping silicone sealant specifically developed for the acoustic separation of construction joints in sound insulation systems.
It prevents the transmission of structure-borne vibrations between building components, reduces sound propagation through perimeter and panel joints, and thereby contributes to improving the overall sound insulation performance of the structure.
It is ideally suited for use with ZIPS systems, acoustic flooring systems, partition walls, as well as wall and ceiling cladding applications.
ULTRAKUSTIK BOX
ULTRAKUSTIK BOX is a prefabricated acoustic insulation element with integrated cavity wall boxes, specifically designed to prevent acoustic bridges in sound-insulating wall constructions.
The solution simplifies and accelerates electrical installations in ZIPS systems and comparable acoustic wall assemblies, while ensuring structural airtightness and reliably maintaining the wall’s sound insulation performance.
ULTRAKUSTIK CONNECT
ULTRAKUSTIK CONNECT is a versatile vibration-isolating hanger designed for the installation of suspended ceilings and wall cladding systems.
It provides a cost-effective alternative to conventional suspension hangers while delivering a measurable improvement in the overall acoustic performance of the construction.
Compared to standard metal hangers, ULTRAKUSTIK CONNECT increases the airborne sound insulation rating by ΔRw = 2 dB, corresponding to an approximate 25% reduction in sound pressure levels. The improvement is particularly effective in the low-frequency range between 100 and 315 Hz, where sound insulation is often most challenging.
